In our circuits classes, you'll get fitter and stronger by using a balance of cardio, resistance and functional fitness training, listening to a members-curated playlist and having a laugh with your workout partner.
Our small-group PT Circuits classes run six times a week and are limited to 6 people. Each session includes a warm up, main session and a cool down, and last around 1 hour in total.

Your first class is free with code FREETRIAL.
