The Collective is a fitness community. Originally designed for busy (and very tired!) mums, all ages and abilities are welcome.
In our circuits classes, you'll get fitter and stronger by using a balance of cardio, resistance and functional fitness training, listening to a members-curated playlist and having a laugh with your workout partner.
Our small-group PT Circuits classes run six times a week and are limited to 6 people. Each session includes a warm up, main session and a cool down, and last around 1 hour in total.

Your first class is free with code FREETRIAL.
Bespoke group sessions are available on request.
I am a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer and offer specialised training for pregnant women and those postpartum, at any stage of their journey.
As a busy mum of three, I understand the challenges of finding time to exercise, yet recognise its importance for mental clarity and well-being.
I can assist you in sustainable fat loss, mastering nutrition, enhancing fitness for active parenting, and achieving total body strength and muscle tone, including pelvic floor support and core strengthening.
I provide tailored workouts, nutrition guidance, goal-setting support, and empower you with knowledge to integrate fitness into your lifestyle.
Train with me at my private home gym in Fairford, or experience the supportive atmosphere of the Conditioning Club gym.
