Owner of Garage Gym and Founder of the Collective, I am a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer with an extensive scientific background in health and disease. I own a fully insured private gym in Fairford, Gloucestershire.

I work with all age and abilities and I am a specialist in pregnancy and post-partum exercise. I have worked with pelvic health physiotherapists to gain a deeper understanding of how to support the pelvic floor and core musculature in returning to exercise. 

I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey to body confidence and empowering them to reach their goals.

Garage Gym was born by combining fitness and friendship and The Collective continues to spur you on when you need it and celebrate your successes.
